For a commercial complex in an industrial park (including shopping malls and office areas), 3 custom 800kVA Weichai silent generators were provided as outdoor backup power sources (equipped with low-temperature water jacket heaters + outdoor rainproof and dustproof enclosures). During installation, the open outdoor space of the industrial park was adapted, anti-corrosion bases and windproof diversion structures were adopted, and remote linkage debugging with the building's power distribution system was completed simultaneously. Tests showed: the generator could start normally 25 minutes after the heater was activated in a -20℃ low-temperature environment, the switching response time between the generator and municipal power was ＜12 seconds during power failure, it operated continuously with 70% rated load for 50 hours, and passed the rain simulation test (rainfall 50mm/h) without faults, all parameters meeting the outdoor backup power supply requirements of industrial park commercial buildings.
